Rainbow Beach Day is a free Pride Month celebration at Alameda Beach, open to all ages and allies. The gathering runs Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00 PM to sunset near the McDonald's/Bowling Alley stretch of the beach. Bring colorful towels, blankets, bright tents or umbrellas, vibrant swimsuits, rainbow sand toys, Pride flags, and accessories. The goal is to make the beach as colorful as possible to show acceptance, inclusion, and community. The flyer notes warm shallow water, sandy beach, public restrooms on the beach, nearby restaurants, Safeway within walking distance, and free street and public parking.
