Neighborhood Business Assistance (by appointment only)

Whether you’re starting a new business, expanding an existing business or facing challenges with your current business model, the City of Oakland's Neighborhood Business Assistance staff are available to help. Services are available by appointment only, and appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Please do not arrive at the library without a confirmed appointment.
