Beginning Mandarin for Adults (8 week class- Manor Branch Library)

In these beginner Mandarin classes for adults, students will learn basic conversation in Mandarin such as saying hello, asking for directions, and reading and ordering at a restaurant. Class will also include basic Chinese Culture, Taiwanese Culture, and more. Classes will be taught by Lucy Yeh of the East Bay Chinese School, who has 20+ years of experiencing teaching kindergarteners to adults. This class builds on information learned in earlier sessions so weekly attendance is important.
