Advanced Swim

This class is for participants entering advance levels 5 and 6 with both beginner and intermediate skills completed. Continues refinement of front crawl, back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and sidestroke and butterfly. Includes alternate breathing, swimming underwater, deep-water bobbing, turns at the wall, diving safety, alternative kicks for treading water, approach stroke, incorporating swim skills and activities into lifetime fitness, conditioning principles and in water rescue techniques.
